At the beginning of 2019, the Czech company CleverFarm requested cooperation from representatives of a large agricultural enterprise with international coverage. The Ukrainian company Agromino is one of the leading players in Ukraine, Russia and Estonia, with a total area of more than 50,000 ha. Agromino applies its vast experience in agricultural fields, especially in the areas of land purchase and operation, crop production and storage, marketing and trade.
For the first part of the project, two agricultural districts with a total area of more than 20,000 ha were selected in the vicinity of the White Church and Kharkov
Thanks to the excellent cooperation, Agromino, which knows the local market and shows great interest in the smooth operation of the system, we were able to find a local partner IoTukraine, who took charge of the technology. It was necessary to start covering the selected territories with a signal, while CleverFarm worked on the search for its systems so that they could be used without problems in Ukraine.
The first area of 1800 hectares for the installation of sensors was the White Church.
