A LoRaWAN network has been deployed to organize remote data transfer from water meters in the Petropavlovsk Borshchagovka, Kiev region.
Petropavlovsky Vodokanal, together with IoT Solutions integrator, began the installation and inclusion of sensors manufactured by OrionM2M in the national operator network of the LoRaWAN IoT Ukraine. The Internet of Things solution using LoRaWAN technology allows you to collect and archive data from wells, common house and apartment water meters. With the help of devices installed by LoRaWAN, it is now possible to automatically adjust the pressure in the networks, take water flow rates, monitor and control the operation of devices.
The implemented system makes it possible at any time to obtain accurate data on water flow. Thanks to this, the enterprise can also notice real, not theoretical, data on theft of water, etc.
In the future, it will be possible to analyze the data obtained, more effectively monitor the consumption of water, reduce production losses.
The joint project of Vodokanal Petropavlovsky, the national operator of the LoRaWAN network – IoT Ukraine and the integrator of the Internet of things – IoT Solutions continues to scale.
